Poner en forma update Been a while since I updated. I broke the 190 barrier today...weighed in at 189.4 pounds. I have set myself an end of the year, life-long goal of 185...which is what it says on my driver's license. L8R  Teeter Totter Well, I've been up and down a little in the past week, weighing in today at 192.8...a bit higher than my lowest weight, but still on track with my end of April goal...  Back from Columbus Went to Columbus to snuggle with Buffy this weekend...ate a lot of ice cream and thought I'd probably put on a few pounds, but was pleasantly surprised when I weighed in at 196.0 today at the gym, boo-yah!  |
